Résumé: تناول البحث بالوصف والتحليل الضغوط المهنية التي تتعرض لها المرأة العاملة في المؤسسة الاستشفائية، وهي عبارة عن دراسة تمت من خلال إجراء مقابلة مع عدة عاملات من قسم الولادة بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية لمدينة الشريعة تمثلت في 15 عاملة موزعة على ممرضات، طبيبة، قابلة وإداريات. إذ تم الاهتمام بمتغيري الموضوع ، وقد توصل لمجموعة نتائج أهمها تعرض العاملات لضغوط أثناء العمل مختلفة المصادر، الأمر الذي ثبط من حماس ودافعية المرأة العاملة وزاد من احساسها بالملل والروتين إضافة الي التعب والإجهاد النفسي وينتهي بتقديم بعض التوصيات الهدف منها هو العمل على إدارة الضغوط كالاهتمام بالناحيتين النفسية والعملية للمرأة العاملة، مع ضرورة دراسة مسبباتها ومحاولة الحد منها وتجنبها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الضغوط المهنية؛ المرأة العاملة؛ المؤسسات الاستشفائية؛ صراع الأدوار؛ غموض الأدوار؛ قسم الولادة. Abstract : The research described and analyzed the professional pressures that women working in a hospital institution are exposed to. It is a study that was conducted by conducting an interview with several female workers from the maternity ward of the public hospital institution in the city of Cheria, represented by 15 female workers, paying attention to the two variables of the topic, it reached a set of results, the most important of which was that female workers were exposed to stress during work from various sources, which dampened the enthusiasm and motivation of the working woman and increased her sense of boredom and routine in addition to fatigue and psychological stress. It ends by presenting some recommendations, the aim of which is to work on managing stress, such as paying attention to both aspects.
