Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الذكاء الاصطناعي واهم استخداماته وأساليبه، وتعريف قادة المستقبل محاولين تحديد صفات نجاحهم، ومعرفة تجربة عربية في إعداد الإطارات البشرية الخبيرة بتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. وقد خلصت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إعتبار الذكاء الاصطناعي أحد علوم الحاسب الآلي الحديثة التي تبحث عن أساليب متطورة للبرمجة، وهو يلعب دورا هاما بفضل خصائصه وأساسياته، التي تقوم على تمثيل البيانات والبحث بواسطة مكوناته الأساسية وأصوله التي ترتكز على أساليب خاصة، تستخدم في مجالات عديدة، وتسير نحو مستقبل يعتمد على التكنولوجيا بطريقة تشجع الابتكار وتسهم في تطوير اليد العاملة الماهرة، عبر حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي وتسخير الآلات من اجل إعداد شخصيات قيادية قادرة على التعامل مع التغيرات المعرفية المتسارعة ومواجهة التحديات المستقبلية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاصطناعي- قادة المستقبل- القيادة الناجحة- مشروع دولة الامارات. Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify artificial intelligence, and its most important uses and methods, and to identify future leaders, we was trying to determine the characteristics of their success, and knowledge of the Arab experience in preparing human frames expert in artificial intelligence techniques. This Paper has been concluded to consideration that the Artificial intelligence (AI) is a sub-division of modern computer science that seeks to find sophisticated systems for programming . AI plays an important role due to its characteristics that are based on the data representation .It also used in research by referring to its main components. Its assets, which are based on special methods, and are used in many fields and move towards a future which is based by modern technology in a manner that encourages innovation and contributes to the development of skilled labor through the management of artificial intelligence and the harnessing of machines to prepare leading figures capable of dealing with rapid cognitive changes and meeting future challenges.
