Résumé: This study aims to reveal the level of quality of working life in the hospital health organization from the point of view of nurses at Al-Hakim Saadane Hospital-Biskra. The starting point of the study was: What is the level of quality of working life in Al-Hakim Saadane Hospital - Biskra? In order to answer this question, hypotheses were formulated as follows: Participation in decision-making is available at the Hakim Saadane Hospital - Biskra at a low level. Security and job stability are available at the Hakim Saadane Hospital - Biskra at a low level. The balance between personal life and work is available at the Hakim Saadane Hospital-Biskra at a low level. The conditions of the appropriate working environment are available at the Hakim Saadane Hospital - Biskra at a low level. To achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers used the analytical descriptive approach, and depending on the questionnaire as a basic tool for data collection, as the research sample consisted of (50) male and female nurses, as they were selected in a simple random way, and the statistical analysis program Spss version 20 was used in analyzing the study data. By analyzing and interpreting the data qualitatively and quantitatively, a number of results were obtained, namely: The level of decision-making availability in Hakim Saadane Hospital-Biskra is low. The level of job security and stability in Al-Hakim Saadane Hospital-Biskra is low. The level of balance between personal and professional life in Al-Hakim Saadane Hospital -Biskra is average. The level of availability of suitable working environment conditions for nurses in Al-Hakim Saadan Hospital is low. The general result: The quality of work life is present in a low degree among nurses at Al-Hakim Saadane Hospital Biskra.
