تقبل المرض وعلاقته بالأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى مريضات السرطان دراسة مقارنة بين مريضات سرطان الرحم وسرطان الثدي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة القائمة بين تقبل المرض والأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى مريضات السرطان في دراسة مقارنة بين المصابات بسرطان الرحم والمصابات بسرطان الثدي، حيث تمت الدراسة على عينة قصدية مكونة من 31 مصابة بالسرطان منهم 10 مصابات بسرطان الرحم و21 مصابات بسرطان الثدي. وقد أسفرت نتائجها إلى أن مستوى كل من تقبل المرض والأفكار اللاعقلانية متوسط،وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين تقبل المرض والأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الرحم والمصابات بسرطان الثدي، كما دلت على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كل من تقبل المرض والأفكار اللاعقلانية بين المصابات بسرطان الرحم ونظيراتهن المصابات بسرطان الثدي. The study aims to detect the relationship between accepting the disease and irrational thoughts of cancer patient at compared Study between women with uterine cancer and breast cancer; where the study was conducted on a purposive sample of 31 women with cancer, 10 women with uterine cancer and 21 with breast cancer. Its results revealed that the level of both disease acceptance and irrational thoughts is average, and there is a positive correlation between disease acceptance and irrational thoughts among women with uterine cancer and women with breast cancer, uterine cancer and their counterparts with breast cancer.
