أثر تفويض السلطة على الأداء الوظيفي لدى العاملين في القطاع العمومي

Résumé: ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير تفويض السلطة على الأداء الوظيفي في القطاع العامبحيث كانت المديرية الولائية للضرائب لولاية إليزيكنموذج وفهم أفضل لهذه الدراسة ، وقد تناولتهفيدراستي من الجانب النظري و التطبيقي ، وكانت مشكلة الدراسة: - هل يؤثر تفويض السلطات على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في القطاع العمومي ؟ وفي الاخيرحققت الدراسة النتائج التالية:عملية تفويض السلطة لها تأثير كبير على الأداء الوظيفي ؛تميل المديرية الولائية للضرائب إيليزي نحو تفويض عملية السلطةإلى ابعد حد ؛ يلعب تفويض السلطة دورًا رئيسيًا في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي من خلال :رفع معنويات الموظفين؛ تحفيز العمال على التخطيط لوقتهم لإنجاز مهامهم بشكل أفضل؛ التعجيل بإنجاز العمل والقضاء على المركزية في صنع القرار. Abstract : This study aims to identify the impact of delegation of authority on job performance in the public sector. For a better understanding of this topic, the General Directorate of Taxes of the State of Illizi was taken as a model. My study has dealt with the theoretical and practical aspect of the following problem : - Does delegation of authority affect the job performance of workers in the public sector? Finally, it achieved the following results :The process of delegating authority has a major impact on job performance ؛ The State Administration of Taxesof lllizi has a tendency to delegate the authority process to the greatest extent ؛ Delegation of authority plays a major role in improving job performance by:Raise employee morale ؛ Motivating workers to plan their time to accomplish their tasks better ؛ Acceleration of work completion and the elimination of centralization in decision-making.
