تحليل محددات هيكل رأس المال للشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر

Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء حول آثار محددات هيكل رأس المال على الرافعة المالية لشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر. تم اختيار ستة (06) متغيرات بالنظر إلى طبيعة البيانات التي توفرها الشركات، حيث تم أخذ عينة تتكون من خمس شركات (5) وهذا للفترة الممتدة بين (2011-2020). كشفت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة مهمة مشتركة بين متغيرات المفسرة لهيكل رأس المال والرافعة المالية لشركات المدرجة في بورصة الجزائر. ومع ذلك، فإن العلاقة الفردية تختلف قليلا، فعلى سبيل المثال لا توجد علاقة بين العائد على حقوق الملكية مع الرافعة المالية، كما أظهرت نتائج تحليل الانحدار وجود علاقة موجبة بين حجم الشركة والرافعة المالية. أما فيما يخص العلاقة السلبية بينت الدراسة أن عمر الشركة له علاقة سلبية بالرفع المالية اما المتغيرات الأخرى فهي متفاوتة فيما بينها من حيث التأثير. This study came to shed light on the effects of capital structure determinants on the financial leverage of companies listed on the Algeria Stock Exchange. Six (06) variables were selected in view of the nature of the data provided by the companies. A sample of five (5) companies was taken for the period 2011- 2020. The study revealed the existence of an important joint relationship between the explanatory variables of the capital structure and the financial leverage of companies listed on the Algeria Stock Exchange. However, the individual relationship differs slightly, for example, there is no relationship between return on equity with financial leverage, and the results of regression analysis showed a positive relationship between company size and financial leverage. As for the negative relationship, the study showed that the company's age has a negative relationship to financial leverage while the other variables are different in terms of impact
