مهارات الاتصال لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وانعكاسها على دافعية التلاميذ نحو درس التربية البدنية والرياضية دراسة ميدانية لتلاميذ الثانية ثانوي بمدينة ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة مهارات الاتصال لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وانعكاسها على دافعية التلاميذ نحو درس التربية البدنية والرياضية، وكذا معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في دافعية التلاميذ باختلاف الجنس (ذكور، إناث) واستخدم الطالبين الباحثين المنهج الوصفي باستعمال طريقة دراسة مسحية لتحقيق الهدف الذي يضمن أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استعمال أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية لمهارات الاتصال وانعكاسها على دافعية التلاميذ نحو الدرس في عينة البحث، وتمثلت عينة البحث بمجموعة من تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية أقسام سنة ثانية ثانوي وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من ثانويات مختلفة من بلدية ورقلة وبلغ عددهم (100) تلميذ مقسمين إلى 50 ذكور و50 إناث، واعتمد الطالبين الباحثين على استبيان قدم للتلاميذ وفي الاستبيان أداتين، الأداة الأولى عبارة عن 12 سؤال موجه للتلاميذ يقيس مهارات الاتصال لدى الأستاذ من جهة التلاميذ، والأداة الثانية عبارة عن مقياس للدافعية مأخوذ من كتاب "النمو والدافعية " لدكتور أسامة كامل راتب والدكتور عبد ربه خليفة به 5 أسئلة، واستنتج الطالبين الباحثين أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مهارات الاتصال لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وانعكاسها على دافعية التلاميذ نحو الدرس، وأنه لا يوجد فروق فردية ذات دلالة إحصائية في دافعية التلاميذ نحو الدرس باختلاف الجنس، ولقد اقترح الطالبين الباحثين بضرورة استعمال أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية لكل مهارات الاتصال والوسائل التعلمية التي تساعد على توصيل رسالته، كذا ضرورة إطلاع الأستاذ على مختلف طرق التدريس وخصائص وميزات كل مرحلة عمرية للتلاميذ وكذا ضرورة توعية التلاميذ بأهمية التربية البدنية والرياضية. The aim of research to identify the relationship communication skills of Professor of Physical Education and Sports its impacts on the motivation of students toward lesson of physical education and sports, As well as see if there were differences in the motivation of students (male, female). The researchers and students use descriptive method using a survey methodto achieve the goal that included that there a statistically significant relationship between the use of a professor of physical education and sports communication skills and the impacts on the motivation of students toward lesson of physical education and sports in the research sample. The research sample was range of high school students a second year sections were randomly selected from different secondary schools from the municipality of Ouargla. And totaling (100) student divided into 50 males and 50 females, the researchers was adopted a questionnaire introduced to the students in questionnaire two tools, The first tool is a 12 question directed students to measure communication skills of Professor From side the students. The second tool is a measure of motivation is taken from the book "The growth and motivation" to Dr. Osama full salary and Dr Abed Rabbo Khalifa by 5 questions. Students and researchers deduce that there is a relationship statistically significant correlation between the communication skills of a professor of Physical Education and Sports and its impacts on students' motivation towards lesson, And that no are individual differences are statistically significant in students' motivation towards lesson differ according to gender. I suggest students researchers should be used professor of physical education and sports for each communication skills and the means of learning that will help to deliver his message, as well necessity inform the professor at various teaching methods and properties all the features age group of pupils, as well as necessity educate students of the importance of physical education and sports
