Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مستوى تنفيذ تدابير تيسير التجارة في مجموعة من الدول النامية ذات الدخل المتوسط، للفترة 2004-2020، وتم الاعتماد على مؤشرات تيسير التجارة التالية: مؤشر عبء الإجراءات الجمركية، مؤشر أداء الخدمات اللوجستية: الإجمالي، مؤشر الوقت اللازم لبدء عمل تجاري، مؤشر ربط الشحن البحري، مؤشر الاشتراكات الخلوية المتنقلة، ومؤشر أداء الخدمات اللوجستية: نوعية التجارة والبنية التحتية المتعلقة بالنقل، في تحليل مستوى تنفيذ مجموعة دول الدراسة لتدابير تيسير التجارة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أغلب دول الدراسة حققت مستويات متوسطة في تنفيذ تدابير تيسير التجارة المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية الناعمة، وبين مستويات متوسطة ومنخفضة في تنفيذ تدابير تيسير التجارة المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية الصلبة. Abstract : This study aims to analyze the level of implementation of trade facilitation measures in a group of middle-income developing countries, for the period 2004-2020, and the following trade facilitation indicators have been relied on: Customs procedures burden index, logistics performance index: total, time needed to start a business index Maritime freight connectivity index, mobile cellular subscriptions index, and logistics performance index: the quality of trade and transport-related infrastructure, in analyzing the level of implementation of trade facilitation measures by a group of study countries. The study concluded that most of the study countries achieved medium levels in implementing trade facilitation measures related to soft infrastructure, and between medium and low levels in implementing trade facilitation measures related to hard infrastructure.
