تقييم نفسوعصبي لحالة تعاني من عسر قراءة

Résumé: التقييم النفس عصبي هو صندوق من الاختبارات، التي يجب على الأخصائي أن يختار منها ما سيكون مناسبا لطفل معين، يتم تنظيم الاختبارات في تقييم مناسب وفردي، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار القرائن، وسلوك الطفل والشكوى المدرسية التي تمثل حجر الأساس في هذا التقييم. ويؤدي التقييم النفسي العصبي إلى تحليل كمي (درجات معيارية) والتحليل النوعي الذي يؤدي في تركيبه إلى التشخيص النفس عصبي والتوصيات العلاجية. وتناولنا في هذا المقال كيفية إجراء التقييم النفس العصبي في حالة عسر القراءة، حيث تم تبني المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في حالة واحدة، واعتمدنا على الأدوات التالية: شكل راي المعقد للإدراك البصري المكاني، رسم الرجل، اختبار تشخيصي لعسر القراءة، اختبار هاريس للجانبية، اختبار بادلي للذاكرة العاملة. وأثبتت النتائج بعد التحليل الكمي والكيفي أن لاضطراب العمليات المعرفية دور في ظهور عسر القراءة. Neuropsychological assessment is a box of tests, from which the specialist must choose what will be appropriate for a particular child. The tests are organized into an appropriate and individualized assessment, taking into account the evidence, the child's behavior and the school complaint that is the cornerstone of this assessment. The neuropsychological assessment leads to a quantitative analysis (standard scores) and a qualitative analysis which, in combination, leads to a neuropsychological diagnosis and treatment recommendations. In this article, we discussed how to conduct a neuropsychological assessment in the case of dyslexia, where the clinical approach based on the case study was adopted, and the study sample was in one case, and we relied on the following tools: the complex Ray shape for visual-spatial perception, the man’s drawing, a diagnostic test for dyslexia Harris test of lateralization, Badley test of working memory. The results, after quantitative and qualitative analysis, proved that the disruption of cognitive processes has a role in the emergence of dyslexia.
