البحوث الكيفية بين الموضوعية والموثوقية

Résumé: ملخص : تعبر الموضوعية عن حياد الباحث في الدراسة وعدم انغماسه فيها، أما الموثوقية فهي مقدار الثقة الذي يضعها القارئ في نتائج الدراسة، غير أن أسس ومنطلقات البحث الكيفي التي ترى أن الحقيقة الاجتماعية لا يمكن الوصول إليها إلا عن طريق التفاعل والانغماس قصد فهمها وبنائها، إضافة إلى انفتاح ومرونة الدراسة كلها خصائص تجعل من موضوعية وموثوقية البحث الكيفي تطرح انشغالا حقيقيا لنقاش علمي وفلسفي عميق. تحاول هذه الدراسة التعرض إلى البحوث الكيفية من ناحية تعريفها وخصائصها و منطلقاتها الفكرية إضافة إلى تصميمها وكيفية تنظيم وتحليل بياناتها، وعلاقة كل هذا بإشكالية موضوعية وصدق وثبات وموثوقية هذه البحوث، لتتوصل الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن مفاهيم الموضوعية والثبات والصحة لها معان دلالية مختلفة في البحوث الكيفية، حيث تستخدم هذه الأخيرة طرقا متميزة وخاصة، كما تستخدم تقنيات عديدة تساعد على تأكيد صحة وموضوعية وموثوقية نتائج هذه البحوث. Abstract: Objectivity expresses the researcher’s impartiality vis-à-vis the study and his nonimmersion in it, while reliability is the amount of trust placed by the reader in the results of the study. However, the foundations and premises of qualitative research, which believe that social truth can only be attained through interaction and immersion in order to understand and construct it, along with the study’s openness and flexibility, are all characteristics which make the objectivity and reliability of qualitative research a real concern for a deep scientific and philosophical discussion. This study attempts to address qualitative research in terms of its definition, characteristics and intellectual premises, as well as its design, the manner in which its data is organized and analyzed, and the relation between it all and the conundrum of these researches’ objectivity, validity, stability and reliability, coming to the essential conclusion that the concepts of objectivity, stability, and validity have different semantic meanings in qualitative research, where the latter uses distinct and special methods along with many techniques aiding in confirming the validity, objectivity, and reliability of the results of these researches.
