آليات استخدام الغاز الطبيعي لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة في الجزائر Mechanisms Of Using Natural Gas In Achieving Sustainable Development In Algeria

Résumé: تتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز المجالات التي يمكن من خلالها استخدام الغاز الطبيعي من أجل المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، وهذا بغية تلبية احتياجات الحاضر دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال المقبلة على تلبية احتياجاتها الخاصة، حيث تم التركيز على استخدامات الغاز الطبيعي في قطاع النقل، الاستعمال المنزلي لأغراض التسخين ، وتوليد الكهرباء. من جهة أخرى تم استخدام اختبار التكامل المشترك لانجل – جرانجر من أجل التحقق من وجود علاقة طويلة الأمد بين التوسع في استهلاك الغاز الطبيعي والانبعاثات الغازية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر بذلت جهود كبيرة في هذا المجال ضمن الإطار العام للسياسة الوطنية للطاقة، والتي تميل إلى تعزيز استخدام الطاقات المتوفرة والأقل تلويثا للبيئة مع الحد من إهدارها ،. إضافة إلى ذلك فقد توصلت الدراسة القياسية إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين استهلاك الغاز الطبيعي و القيم المؤخرة الأولى لانبعاثات غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون، أي كلما ازداد استهلاك الغاز الطبيعي كلما انخفضت انبعاثات غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون. : Abstract This study aims to highlight the areas through which natural gas can be used to contribute to sustainable development in Algeria, in order to meet the needs of present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This study focuses on the uses of natural gas in the transportation sector, household use for heating purposes, and electricity generation. On the other hand, Angel-Granger co-integration test was applied to examine the existence of a long-term relationship between the expansion of natural gas consumption and emissions. The study concluded that Algeria has made a great efforts in this area within the framework of the national energy policy, which tends to promote the use of available less polluting energies and maintains it. In addition to that the empirical study supported the existence of an inverse relationship between natural gas consumption and the first lagging values of CO2 emissions, which means the greater the consumption of natural gas, the lower the CO2 emissions.
