آفاق تحقيق العدالة الجنائية الدولية في فلسطين

Résumé: تعرض الشعب الفلسطيني على مدى عقود من الزمن، لانتهاكات جسيمة وخطيرة للقانون الدولي، حيث بقيت دولة الاحتلال بعيدا عن المسائلة والعقاب، إلا أن انضمام فلسطين إلى نظام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، بعد حصولها على صفة دولة مراقب غير عضو في الأمم المتحدة، جعلها تبحث عن الآليات المتعددة المتاحة والمناسبة، لمتابعة ومحاكمة مرتكبي تلك الانتهاكات بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، وهو ما يستوجب اتخاذ الخطوات الكفيلة، لمواجهة التحديات التي تعيق تحقيق العدالة الجنائية في فلسطين. For decades, the Palestinian people faced grave and serious violations of the international law, as the occupying power has remained free from questioning and punishment. However, Palestine's accession to the International Criminal Court system, after obtaining the status of a non-member observer state in the United Nations, made it search for mechanisms. Available and appropriate, to follow up and prosecute the perpetrators of these violations against the Palestinian people, which requires taking the right steps to meet the struggles that prevent the achievement of criminal justice in Palestine.
