دور الرقمنة في تنظيم المسار المهني للموظف

Résumé: أن تطبيقات الرقمنة و استخداماتها في وقتنا الحاضر دخلت في أولويات الادارات العمومية في الجزائر، و الذي له عدة مجالات و فوائد علمية جمة، فهي اليوم المحرك الفعلي لتسيير العمل الاداري، و هذا من أجل التنسيق و السرعة و الدقة في انجاز المهام الادارية المنوطة بكلة مصلحة سواء كانت كل واحدة على حدى أو مجتمعة، و هذا بفضل الخصائص المميزة للأنظمة الرقمية، وهذه التطبيقات تحتاج إلى عدة متطلبات مادية و تقنية و بشرية لتكون عملية وهو ما يفرض تحدي كبير على السلطة العامة من أجل إنجاح النقلة الرقمية من الادارة التقليدية الى الادارة الالكترونية الشاملة، و فيما يتعلق تسيير الموارد البشرية فإن الرقمنة تساهم في تسهيل العمل و السلاسة في تسيير المستخدمين و التحكم الافضل في تسيير مسارهم المهني و الاستشراف بمستقبل الوظيفة العمومية. Nowadays, the use of digitisation and its applications have become one of the priorities of public administrations in Algeria having several fields and great scientific benefits. Today, it is the actual engine for conducting an administrative task in terms of coordination, speed and accuracy in achieving certain administrative tasks at every service individually or collectively thanks to the distinctive features of the digital system. Such applications demande several material, technical and human requirements to be practical. Therefore, a challenge is imposed on the public authorities to make the digital transition from the traditional administration to comprehensive electronic one successful. As for managing human resources, digitisation contributes in facilitating work, smooth management of employees, better control over their career path and anticipating the future of public employment.
