Résumé: ملخص: إذا كان من صفات البحث العلمي الدقة، فإن هذا لا ينطبق على سائر المجالات بالدرجة نفسها؛ ما يقتضي الالتزام بنسق قيمي يضبط عملية البحث، وهو في عمومه لا يخرج عن إطار أخلاقيات البحث التي يتمتع بها المنهج الإسلامي المستمد من الوحي، وهو ما تجلى نظريا وعمليا في التراث الإسلامي كما تبينه هذه الدراسة التي أسفرت عن نتائج؛ من أبرزها: - ضوابط البحث العلمي في الإسلام لا تخرج عن المنظومة القيمية المستمدة من الوحي. - التراث الإسلامي زاخر بقواعد منهجية لو توّلتها يد الصنعة لزودت البحث العلمي بنموذج لمنهجية إسلامية جامع بين الأصالة والمعاصرة. Abstract: Precision is one of the characteristics of scientific research, but this does not apply to other areas with the same degree, which requires adherence to a value system that controls the research process, in general, it does not deviate from the research ethics of the Islamic approach derived from revelation, which was demonstrated theoretically and practically in the Islamic heritage, as shown in this study that some of its results are: -The regulations of scientific research in Islam does not deviate from the value system derived from revelation. -The Islamic heritage is full of systematic rules that, if handled by the specialists, would provide scientific research with a model of an Islamic methodology that combines authenticity and contemporarity.
