مسألة :دلالة الأمر بالشيء على النهي عن ضده عند المعتزلة ـ دراسة أصولية مقارنة ـ

Résumé: تناولت في هذا البحث مسألة دلالة الأمر بالشيء على النهي عن ضده عند المعتزلة،فبدأت بمقدمة مهدت فيها بمدخل إلى المسألة ثم طرحت الإشكال ثم حققت في أو لالأمر نسبة الأقوال إلى أئمة المعتزلة وبينت تساهل بعض العلماء في نقل مذهب المعتزلة في المسألة ، ثم ذكرت أدلة كل فريق وناقشتها فكان قول المحققين كأبي الحسين البصري هو الراجح،ثم بينت أن الخلاف في المسألة معنوي وله أثر على كثير من الفروع الفقهية ثم ختمت بخاتمة فيها النتائج و التوصيات. in this research i dealt the question of the signification of prohibition through ordring in the mutzilas doctrine.i began with an introduction.paved it with an entrance to the question .then i rised the problem. after that i checked the opinions of the mutazilas sholars.and the indulgence of the fundamentalists in this question.then i montioned and discussed the evidences of each team .the result is that the opinion of abu elhusain is the powerful.the countrewise in this question is significant.at last the conclusion contains results and advice
