مدخل إدارة الجودة لتقییم خدمات المرافق العامة دراسة حالة شركة اتصالات الجزائر- ورقلة-

Résumé: شهد قطاع الخدمات في الآونة الأخيرة اهتماما كبيرا و على جميع المستويات حيث أصبح موضوع جودة الخدمة العمومية محل اهتمام عالمي متزايد سعيا من المؤسسات الخدمية بتقديم خدماا بجودة عالية لتحقيق أقصى رضا ممكن للزبون , و يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تقييم جودة الخدمات لشركة اتصالات الجزائر ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق رضا الزبون ,بالاعتماد على معايير جودة الخدمة (الملموسية , الاعتمادية ,الاستجابة ,الضمان .التعاطف)", و قد تمكنت هذه الدراسة ومن خلال الأدوات المنهجية الأكاديمية إلى إثبات أن الزبون غير راض عن الخدمات المقدمة من طرف شركة اتصالات الجزائر, مما يستوجب تطوير الخدمات بما يتناسب مع احتياجات الزبون, و ذلك بمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي عن طريق تحسين ظروف العمل والعوامل المحيطة بتقديم الخدمات. The services sector witnessed recently a great attention at all levels ,where the quality of public services became a growing global interest in pursuit of service institution to provide high quality services to achieve the maximum possible customer satisfaction, this research aims to study the assessing of service quality Algerian telecommunications companies and their contribution to achieving the tangibility customer satisfaction, depending on the quality standards service(reliability, responsiveness,security,empathy). Depending on the academic methodological tools, the study has proved that the customer is not satisfied with the services provided by Algerian telecom, which requires the development of services that go with the needs of the customer, and conveyer with technological development by improving working conditions and factors surrounding the delivery of services
