أهمية استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير خدمات المرفق العام

Résumé: يعتبر الذكاء الإصطناعي من علوم الحاسوب الذي أحدثت تقنياته وتطبيقاته ثورة تكنولوجية في القرن العشرين مست بشكل جذري وملموس عدة ميادين ومجالات ومنها المرافق العامة للدولة، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لرصد ما أحدثته تقنيات وتطبيقات في المرفق العام، من خلال تحويل الإدارة التقليدية إلى إدارة ذكية والاستفادة من تقنيات التخزين الالكتروني والاتممة، لتقديم خدمات بشكل أسرع للمواطنين. Artificial intelligence is considered a computer science whose technologies and applications brought about a technological revolution in the twentieth century that radically and significantly affected several fields and areas, including the state’s public facilities.This study came to monitor what technologies and applications have brought about in the public facility, by transforming traditional management into smart management and taking advantage of electronic storage and automation technologies, to provide services faster to citizens.
