تقييم القدرات الادراكية السمعية لدى الطفل الخاضع للزرع القوقعي المدمج في المدرسة العادية .

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تقييم القدرات الادراكية السمعية والنطقية لدى طفل زارع القوقعة المدمج في المدرسة العادية. حيث طبقت الباحثتان التقنية الخاصة بتقييم القدرات الإدراكية السمعية والنطقية التي صممت من طرف نتالي نووال بتروف (Nathalie-Noel-Petroff) وآني دومو (Annie Dumont) دونيس بوسكي (Dunise Busquet) وكيفت على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف الباحثة ولد يوسف حياة في سنة 2014. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 04 حالات من أطفال الزرع القوقعي المدمجين في المدرسة العادية. تراوحت أعمارهم بين 10-11 سنة بوحدة الكشف والمتابعة " السعيد صحراوي" لولاية باتنة. بالاعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أطفال الزرع القوقعي المدمجين في المدرسة العادية لديهم صعوبات على مستوى القدرات الادراكية السمعية والنطقية رغم وجود بعض التباين. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات للمسؤولين والباحثين لإنجاح عملية الدمج مع هذه الفئة. This study aims at trying to evaluate auditory and speech perception abilities of the cochlear implant child integrated in the regular school. Whereas both researchers applied the technique of assessing auditory perception and textual abilities designed by Nathalie-Noel-Petroff and Annie Dumont, Denise Busquet, and adapted to the Algerian environment by the researcher Ould Yousuf Hayat in 2014. The study case consisted of 04 types of cochlear implant children in the regular school, aged from 10 to 11 years old, at "Said Sahraoui" pursue unit in Batna province. By the endorsement of study methodology, the results of the study showed that the children of cochlear implant integrated in the regular school, had difficulties with their auditory perception, and suffer from speech disorder, in spite of some differences. The study comes with some recommendations to the responsible, and the researchers to implement successful integration with such category.
