Résumé: This study aims to know the impact of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction in the Algerian public hospital institutions, and more precisely to determine the impact played by the dimensions of the quality of health services represented in (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), in order to advance the wheel of development in the sector. Health services and improving the quality of health services provided by public institutions to meet the multiple and renewed needs and desires of the customer to gain their satisfaction and loyalty, and to rise to the required standards, especially in the field of health services
