دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في التنمية وإشكالية تمويلها

Résumé: مع بداية الألفية الثالثة لوحظ تزايد كبير لدور المنظمات الغير حكومية في مجال التنمية ، حيث أصبحت العديد من المؤسسات الدولية كالبنك الدولي تشرك المنظمات الغير الحكومية في مختلف برامجها التنموية ، وقد أصبح التمويل الخارجي يمثل نسبة معتبرة من مصادر تمويل هذه المنظمات مما طرح العديد من التساؤلات حول مدى مصداقية وشفافية هذا النوع من التمويل ، ويري العديد من الباحثين والمختصين أهمية العمل على تنويع مصادر تمويل المنظمات الغير حكومية لأن الاعتماد على المصادر الخارجية فقط يجعل من العملية التنموية مرتبطة بقرار المؤسسات والجهات المانحة دون مراعاة أولويات وإستراتجية التنمية الوطنية في الدول النامية. Abstract: With the progression of the phenomenon of globalization at the beginning of the third millennium, the non governmental organizations have acquired a very important role in the development process, Finance remains the major challenge for these organizations, including external financial often linked to political considerations that undermine the sovereignty of developing countries. This study examines the following question : What is the importance of diversification of sources of funding for the revitalization of the role of non governmental organizations in the development? .
