Résumé: نحاول من خلال بحثنا هذا إلقاء الضوء حول دور الوقف والزكاة في دعم المنظمات غير الحكومية، من خلال ابراز مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمنظمات غير الحكومية مع تحديد طرق تمويلها ومكانتها في المجتمع العربي، وآليات تفعيلها في الجزائر، وكذا عرض الإطار المفاهيمي لكل من الوقف والزكاة مع اعطاء أهميتهما في المساهمة على رفع المستوى المعيشي وتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، إضافة إلى تحديد دور الوقف والزكاة في تطوير المنظمات غير الحكومية مع ابراز الطابع الاسلامي الذي يصاحب هذه المنظمات The purpose of this study is to unveil the role of waqf and zakat in the development of non-governmental organizations. We will see the different theoretical aspects of these organizations while demonstrating the means of financing and their place in Arab society and will focus the importance of waqf and zakat in financing non-governmental organizations, The Islamic aspect that deals with these organizations.
