Résumé: This study aimed to investigate the quality of banking services and its influence on customer confidence in commercial banks. Using an analytical descriptive approach, data was collected from 45 problematic clients of three banks: Development and Agricultural Bank (BADR), Gulf Bank (AGB), and National People's Loan Bank (CPA). The study employed statistical methods and the SPSS software to test the study's hypotheses. The findings revealed that banking services, as perceived by clients, were of high quality, and there existed a significant level of customer confidence in the services offered by the Bank
