أثر جاهزية الأمن السيبراني على الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية من خلال تقليل المخاطر المدركة دراسة حالة بنك Bdl بغرداية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر جاهزية البيئة المادية والبشرية للأمن السيبراني على استخدام الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية من خلال تقليل المخاطر المدركة لدى عينة عملاء بنك التنمية المحلية BDL بولاية غرداية، عينة البحث مكونة من (127) مفردة بنسبة استجابة قدرها (97،69%)، حيث استخدام نموذج تحليل المسار (Pathanalysis) لاختبار الأثر المباشر وغير المباشر لمتغيرات الدراسة واختبار صلاحية وصدق وثبات نموذج الدراسة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيAMOS V.25 توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تأثير غير مباشرة لبعدي جاهزية البيئة المادية والبشرية للأمن السيبراني في استخدام الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية من خلال تقليل المخاطر المدركة للعملاء، ومن ثم يوصي الباحث بضرورة اعتماد بنك التنمية المحلية بغرداية آليات لتقليل المخاطر المدركة للعملاء، كون العميل يفضل التعامل مع البنك الذي يعالج عناصر المخاطر بنجاح ويقدم خدمات مصرفية إلكترونية موثوقة وآمنة. Abstract : The studyaims to shed light on the impact of the readiness of the physical and human environment for cyber security on the use of electronic banking services by reducing perceived risk swithin clients of the Local Development Bank (BDL) in the state of Ghardaia, the research sample consists of (127) sole with a response rate of (%97،69), where the pathanalysis Model used to test the direct and indirect impact of the study variables and to test the validity, sincerity and reliability of the study model using the statistical program AMOS V.25 The study concluded that thereis a indirect effect relationship of the two dimensions of readiness of the physical and human environment for cyber security in the use of electronic banking services by reducing the risks perceived by customers, and then the researcher recommends the need to adopt the Local Development Bank in Ghardaia mechanisms to reduce the perceived risks of customers, as the customers prefers to deal with the elements of risk and provides reliable and secure electronic banking services.
