Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر ممارسات إدارة المواهب في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالجلفة، حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية التي وزعت على عينة تشمل إطارات مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالجلفة، تضم العينة 45 عامل، تم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS 25 وأسلوب النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية من خلال طريقة المربعات الصغرى الجزئية بإستخدام برنامج SmartPLS 4 لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى: - أن هناك أثر لممارسات إدارة المواهب في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالجلفة عند مستوى معنوية α≤05.0. - وأنها لا توجد فروقات ذو دلالة إحصائية لتأثير إدارة المواهب في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالجلفة في وجود المتغيرات المعدلة عند مستوى معنوية α≤05.0. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of talent management practices in achieving organizational excellence in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Djelfa. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect primary data that was distributed to a sample that includes the frameworks of the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Djelfa. The sample includes 45 workers. The SPSS 25 program and structural equation modeling through partial least squares method using SmartPLS 4 software were used to test the study's hypotheses. The study concluded: - There is an impact of talent management practices in achieving organizational excellence in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate in Djelfa at a significance level α≤ 0.05. - There are no statistically significant differences in the effect of talent management in achieving organizational excellence in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Directorate in Djelfa in the presence of the modified variables at a significance level α ≤ 0.05.
