الذكاء الاصطناعي مداخله ومفاهيمه وأهم خصائصه وتطبيقاته في المعالجة الآلية للغة العربية

Résumé: ملخص: تكمن أهمية هذا البحث في أنه يتناول الذكاء الاصطناعي Artificial Intelligence بالتطرق إليه من خلال تحديد مفهومه والتعرض إلى أهم تطبيقاته، إذ إنه أحد أهم علوم العصر والتي انتشرت على نطاق واسع في الآونة الأخيرة، حيث دخل في كثير من المجالات الصناعية والبحثية، والذي يعد أحد فروع علم الحاسوب يهتم بدراسة وصناعة أنظمة حاسوبية تعرض بعض أنماط الذكاء التي يمكنها أن تفكر وتستنبط استنتاجات مفيدة حول العالم الذي نعيشه، وتستوعب اللغات الطبيعية وتفهمها، فاللغات الإنسانية إذن ليست بمنأى عن تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، فهي الأخرى خاضعة لبرامجه وتطبيقاته من خلال المعالجة الآلية لها. والإشكال المطروح هو: ما علاقة الذكاء الاصطناعي باللغة؟ وكيف يمكن إخضاع برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي لمعالجة اللغة العربية آليا؟ ومن الأهداف التي توصلنا إليها هي كيفية استخدام أجهزة الحاسوب في معالجة اللغات الإنسانية المكتوبة والمنطوقة من أجل أغراض عملية مفيدة مثل الترجمة الآلية بين اللغات واستخلاص المعلومات من مواقع الويب وقواعد البيانات وبنوك المعلومات المتصلة بالإنترنيت من أجل الحصول على إجابات للأسئلة أو من أجل إجراء حوار مع الحاسب أو الآلة بهدف الاستشارة أو الحصول على المعلومة. Abstract: The importance of this research lies in exploring artificial intelligence by defining its concept and addressing its main applications. Artificial intelligence is one of the most significant disciplines of our time, and one that has expanded considerably in recent times, becoming integrated into various industrial and research fields. It is an important part of computer science, as the AI focuses on the study and design of computer systems capable of simulating certain aspects of human intelligence, such as thinking and inferring useful conclusions about our environment. These systems are also capable of understanding and processing natural languages. Human languages, including Arabic, are therefore not on the side-lines of the technological advances linked to artificial intelligence. They are subject to its programmes and applications through their automatic processing. The aim of this article is to shed light on the relationship between artificial intelligence and language, as well as exploring how artificial intelligence programmes can be used for the automatic processing of the Arabic language? The objectives achieved in this research include identifying ways in which computers can be used to process human languages, whether written or spoken, for practical purposes. These uses include automatic translation between languages, the extraction of information from websites, databases and information banks connected to the Internet, in order to provide answers to questions asked, or to enable interaction with computers or machines for consultations or information searches.
