دور التعليم الجامعي في تفعيل التوجه المقاولاتي للطلبة الجامعيين – دراسة استطلاعية-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور برامج التعليم الجامعي في تفعيل التوجه المقاولاتي وذلك بالتطبيق على عينة من طلبة الماستر تخصص إدارة أعمال يدرسون بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة الشلف، حيث وزعنا عليهم 95 استمارة استبيان وكانت 63 استمارة منها صالحة للمعالجة الإحصائية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تقييم الطلبة المستجوبين لمستوى البرامج التعليمية المقدم لهم في الكلية محل الدراسة جاء بنسبة مرتفعة، كما أن استعدادهم للعمل المقاولاتي جاء بنسبة مرتفعة كذلك. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة إلا أنها ضعيفة بين متغيري الدراسة، كما أن التوجه المقاولاتي لا يتأثر لا بجنسهم ولا بمساندة ودعم العائلة لهم. This study aimed to showing the role of university education programs in activating the entrepreneurial orientation by applying it to a sample of master’s students specializing in business administration studying at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Chlef, where we distributed 95 questionnaires to them, 63 of them were valid for statistical treatment. The study concluded that the students' evaluation of the level of educational programs offered to them in the college under study came at a high rate, and their readiness for entrepreneurial work was also at a high rate. The study also concluded that there is a positive, but weak, correlation between the study variables, and the entrepreneurial orientation is not affected by their gender, nor by the support and family support for them.
