أثر التشارك المعرفي في أداء الأستاذ الجامعي: دراسة حالة لعينة من أساتذة جامعة ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التشارك المعرفي على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي في جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة، حيث تم إستخدام الإستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستمارات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss)، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى عال من التشارك المعرفي لدى أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة، والعلاقة الإرتباطية بين التشارك المعرفي كمتغير مستقل وأداء الأستاذ الجامعي كمتغير تابع علاقة طردية قوية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تقديم الأبحاث والمساهمات العلمية في موقع الجامعة لزيادة التشارك المعرفي. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of knowledge sharing on the performance of the university professor at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla , Where the questionnaire was used as a key tool for collecting information , The study concluded that there is a high level of knowledge sharing among the teachers of the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla , The correlation between knowledge sharing as an independent variable and the performance of the university professor as a variable has a strong positive relationship, the study recommended that research should be submitted on the university’s website to increase knowledge sharing
