أثر نظام تقييم الأداء على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي دراسة ميدانية بجامعة ورقلة (القطب الجامعي 2)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر نظام تقييم الأداء على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي في جامعة قاصدي مرباح (القطب02) بورقلة،حيث تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات وتم توزيعها على عينة من الأساتذة والتي بلغت (150) أستاذ وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستمارات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائية(SPSS)،بالإضافة إلى هذا تم اجراء مقابلة مع بعض رؤساء الأقسام القائمين بالتقييم وبعض الأساتذة،حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره المنهج الملائم للدراسة ،وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن نظام تقييم أداء الأستاذ الجامعي لم يصل إلى المستوى المطلوب لأنه لم يحقق الأهداف التي وضع من أجلها،وبالتالي لم يساهم في الرفع من مستوى أداء الأستاذ الجامعي خاصة وأداء الجامعة عامةThe aim of this study is to find out the impact of the performance appraisal system on the performance of the university professor at the University of Kasdi Merbah (pole 02) in Ouargla, we used the questionnaire as a main information gathering tools wich was distributed on a sample of 150 professors where we analyzed the its result with the statistical packages program (SPSS), In addition, we based on the interview with some heads of assessment departments and some professors, The study concluded that the performance of the university professor did not reach the required level because it did not achieve the goals that were set for it, and thus did not contribute to raising the level of performance of the university professor Especially the performance of the university in general
