الإهتمام الدولي بحق الانسان في بيئة نظيفة

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة دور المجتمع الدولي عن طريق مؤسساته و كذا مجمل الاتفاقيات و اللوائح الدولية في حماية حق الانسان في بيئة نظيفة مع التأكيد على اعتباره أحد أبرز حقوق الإنسان سيما مع موجه التلوث الصناعي الكبيرة و الاستغلال العشوائي والفوضوي للموارد الطبيعية، حيث تم اقرار جملة من المبادئ و القواعد التي يتعين على الدول الالتزام بها في سبيل المحافظة على بيئة نظيفة مع الاقرار بنظام فعال للمسؤولية عن الاضرار بالبيئة . This study is based on the role of the international sosiety through its institutions and as well as general agreements and international regulations on human rights protection in a clean environment with emphasis on being considered one of the main human rights, especially with industrial pollution and indiscriminate exploitation and chaotic natural resources, where the adoption of a number of principles and rules that states must adhere to in order to maintain a clean environment, while recognizing an effective system of liability for damage to the environment.
