The Main Actors Contributing To Environmental Policy-making In Algeria Based On The Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Algeria 1974-2017

Résumé: The issue of environmental protection in Algeria has not yet taken its share of public policy priorities. The creation and implementation of the general policy of the environment, if any, has fluctuated between the actors that took over secondary and found limited manufacturing process since 1974, where the subject of the environment was very secondary and did not show a clear public policy in the environmental field. The scope of environmental protection The task of protecting the environment is subordinated. Until the beginning of the millennium, there was a kind of interest in the field of environmental policy-making through the assumption of ministries specifically devoted to the task of protecting the environment and setting the appropriate frameworks for the good formulation of environmental policies, despite the limited attention still being witnessed in the sector, given that other sensitive sectors occupy the priority of government policies.
