التدخل الخارجي وتحديات استقرار الدولة في افريقيا -منطقة الساحل نموذجا- External Interference And The Challenges Of State Stability In Africa- Sahel Zone-

Résumé: عندما يتعلق الأمر بتفسير الدولة الهشة في إفريقيا، فقد ذُكرت عدة أسباب، إذ تعاني الدول الإفريقية من العديد من المشكلات الهيكلية مثل التخلف والمديونية والصراعات العرقية والفشل في تطبيق الديمقراطية، في حين أن قدرات الدولة على إدارة هذه المشاكل محدود جدا. وما زاد من تعقيد الوضع في افريقيا التدخل الخارجي، فقد كانت القارة الأفريقية وما تزال إحدى ساحات التنافس بين القوى الكبرى فى العالم، وفى مقدمة تلك القوى تأتى الولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا وفرنسا والصين واليابان، انعكس التنافس الدولي فى أفريقيا على استقرار الأوضاع السياسية والأمنية فى القارة. تركز الدراسة على تأثير التدخلات الخارجية على الاستقرار في الدول الإفريقية، وتؤثر المنافسة الدولية في إفريقيا على استقرار الوضع السياسي والأمني في القارة، ونتيجة لذلك فان التجاذب بين الأسباب الداخلية والخارجية انعكس في فشل الدولة. Abstract When it comes to the explanation of fragile statehood in Africa Especially the Sahel zone, several reasons are mentioned , Countries in Africa suffer from many structural problems such as underdevelopment, indebtedness, ethnic conflicts, failure to implement democracy, while the capacities state of to resolve these problems is very limited. The situation in Africa was further complicated by external interference, The African continent was and remains one of the battlegrounds between the major powers in the world. At the forefront of these forces comes the United States, Britain, France, China and Japan, the international competition affected the stability of the political and security situation of the continent. this research focuses on the effect of external interventions on stability in Africa states, and The international competition in Africa affects on the stability of the political and security situation on the continent? As a result, the tensions between the internal and external causes led to the state's failure.
