دور الأنشطة اللاصفية في زيادة الدافعية للتعلم لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر الأساتذة

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الأنشطة اللاصفية ودورها في زيادة الدافعية للتعلم لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر الأساتذة ببعض متوسطات ولاية الوادي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة الأساسية - وهي تصورية لتعذر إجرائها بسبب الوضع الصحي العام بسبب انتشار وباء فيروس كورونا covid-19. وتبلغ عينة الدراسة حسب تصور الباحث 70 أستاذ وأستاذة يتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، ويتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي كما يتم جمع البيانات عن طريق استبيان تم إعداده من طرف الباحث والذي تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية، وقد تم الاستعانة ببرنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss22) والنسخة 25 للمعالجة الإحصائية. وانطلاقا من التساؤلات المطروحة قمنا بصياغة الفرضيات التالية: الفرضية العامة: للأنشطة اللاّصفية دور إيجابي في الدافعية للتعلم لدى تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. الفرضيات الجزئية: - للأنشطة اللاّصفية دور إيجابي في الحاجة للتفوق الدراسي لدى تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. - للأنشطة اللاّصفية دور إيجابي في زيادة المثابرة لدى تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. - للأنشطة اللاّصفية دور في تعزيز الطموح لدى تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. Partial hypotheses: - The extra-curricular activities have a positive role in the need for academic excellence among intermediate education pupils from the teachers' point of view. The extra-curricular activities have a positive role in increasing the perseverance of intermediate education pupils, according to the teachers' point of view. - The extra-curricular activities have a role in enhancing the ambition of intermediate education pupils from the teachers' point of view.
