اتحاد المغرب العربي بين الواقع والمأمول

Résumé: نحاول في هذه الدراسة بالتطرق إلى اتحاد المغرب العربي كمنظمة إقليمية تضم الدول المغاربية الخمسة ، حيث اتفق صناع القرار في هذه الدول إلى التوجه نحو الإقليمية و التكامل في الجانب الاقتصادي خاصة بعد أن تحول المجتمع الدولي إلى التكتلات في مواجهة الأزمات الاقتصادية و العولمة ،كالاتحاد الأوروبي و اتحاد جنوب شرق أسيا و غيرها من التكتلات الإقليمية، بالإضافة إلى دراسة دوافع هذه الدول نحو إنشاء اتحاد المغرب العربي، و المعوقات التي تواجهه كالخلافات الحدودية و أزمة لوكاربي ، وسيناريوهات المتوقعة سواء بالنجاح أو الفشل. In this study, we try to address the Arab Maghreb Union as a regional organization comprising the five Maghreb countries. The decision-makers in these countries agreed to move towards regionalization and integration in the economic aspect, especially after the international community turned to blocs in the face of economic crises and globalization. The South East Asian Union and other regional blocs, in addition to studying the motives of these countries towards the establishment of the Arab Maghreb Union, and the obstacles facing it such as border disputes and the Lockerbie crisis, and scenarios that are expected, whether success or failure
