واقع وفرص التكامل الاقتصادي بين دول إتحاد المغرب العربي/ The Reality And Opportunities Of Economic Integration Between The Arab Maghreb Union Countries

Résumé: يهدف اتحاد المغرب العربي إلى حماية المصالح الاقتصادية للمنطقة، وتعزيز وترقية التعاون الاقتصادي والسياسي، وزيادة التبادلات التجارية المتبادلة كمتطلبات للتكامل وإنشاء سوق مشتركة في شمال إفريقيا. فهناك جملة من العوامل والأسباب الداعیة إلى تفعیل التكامل بین دول المغرب العربي ومواكبة عصر التكتلات الإقلیمیة كضرورة للبقاء، ویبقى التكامل الاقتصادي بین هذه الدول أحد العوامل الرئیسیة في تفعیل مؤسسات الاتحاد المغاربي. المقال يحلل ويقيم عدم اكتمال عملية التعاون المغاربي، ذلك أن وحدة المصير التي تربط بلدان المغرب العربي لا يمكنها بعد أن تترجم في الواقع على المستويين السياسي والاقتصادي بسبب العوائق المتعددة والمتنوعة ذات الطابع التقني أو السياسي والتي تعيق التقدم نحو التكامل الاقتصادي لدول المغرب العربي. The Arab Maghreb Union aims to safeguard the region’s economic interests, foster and promote economic and political cooperation, and intensify mutual commercial exchanges as a precursor for integration and the creation of a North African Common Market. the dynamic economic integration in the world, the Maghreb Arab countries seeking to integrate more into the global economy. There are many factors and reasons to reactivate integration between the Maghreb countries and keep up with the era of regional blocs, and remain Economic Integration an important factor in activating the Maghreb Union institutions. The article analyzes and evaluates, the failure of cooperation among members of a community of destiny unable to define itself in either economic or political terms and confronted by various technical barriers which impede progress to Economic Integration in the Maghreb Arab countries.
