Résumé: This study aimed to determine the impact of the internal work environment on administrative creativity in the Halliburton company in Hassi Messaoud Ouargla, To achieve the objectives of the study , the descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for the study , the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 140 individuals, and to analyze this data we used the Statistical program SPSS .the study also reached a number of results, the most important results: in general, the results of the study showed that employees have a high level of creativity at Halliburton company , the results of the study confirmed that there is a great interest in the work environment at Halliburton,also the results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the studied variables through the organizational structure , training , incentives and rewards, technology, while there is no correlation between working conditions dimension also the systems and information dimension, and participation in decision dimension with the administrative creativity in the company under study.
