دور الأسرة في رعاية وتأهيل الأطفال ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأسر ذوي الأطفال المتخلفين ذهنيا بالبويرة

Résumé: إن فئة ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة هي فئة موجودة في كل مجتمع بما فيها المجتمع الجزائري، منهم المعوقين سمعيا، بصريا، حركيا، عقليا، والموهوبين، إلى جانب فئة ذوي صعوبات التعلم وغيرهم. فهم ينحرفون إنحرافا سلبيا أو إيجابيا ملحوظا في نموهم العقلي، الحركي والحسي عن الأفراد العاديين. وتعتبر هذه الفئة من فئات التربية الخاصة التي تحتاج إلى رعاية وتكفل خاص تختلف تربيتهم عن تربية الأطفال العاديين. إذ أن هذه التربية تساعدهم على التكيف والإندماج في المجتمع، تنمية مهاراتهم في شتى المجالات، سواء كانت هذه التربية في الأسرة أو في المركز البيداغوجي أو المدارس الخاصة، حيث يلعب المربي دورا فعالا في تعديل سلوكات هؤلاء الأطفال غير العاديين ومساعدتهم على تنمية مهاراتهم الحياتية والأكاديمية، ولا يمكن تحقيق ذلك إلا بمساهمة الأسرة، والتي تعتبر مؤسسة من مؤسسات التنشئة الإجتماعية، تحتضن هذا الطفل غير العادي وتساهم بشكل كبير في تنشئته ومساعدته على التأهيل. وعليه فإن دراستنا هذه ترتكز أساسا على إبراز الدور الفعال لمؤسسات التنشئة الإجتماعية منها الأسرة في تأهيل ورعاية الأطفال غير العاديين مثل المتخلفين ذهنيا. وللإقتراب أكثر من الموضوع نحاول الإجابة على الأسئلة التالية: ما هو الدور الذي تلعبه الأسرة في تعليم أطفال ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة منهم المتخلفين ذهنيا، ورعايتهم ومساعدتهم على الإندماج والتكيف في المجتمع؟ abstract: The category of people with special needs is a category that exists in every society, including Algerian society, including the visually impaired, visually, physically, mentally, and gifted, as well as those with learning disabilities and others. They deviate a significant negative or positive deviation in their mental, motor, and sensory development from ordinary individuals. This category of special education that needs special care and care is different from their education for the education of ordinary children. As this education helps them to adapt and integrate into society, develop their skills in various fields, whether it is in the family or in the pedagogic center or private schools, where the educator plays an active role in modifying the behaviors of these extraordinary children and help them to develop their life skills and academic, This can only be achieved through the contribution of the family, which is an institution of social upbringing, that embraces this extraordinary child and contributes greatly to his or her development and rehabilitation. Therefore, our study is based mainly on highlighting the effective role of institutions of socialization, including the family in the rehabilitation and care of extraordinary children such as mentally retarded. To get closer to the topic, we try to answer the following questions: What is the role that the family plays in educating children with special needs, mentally retarded, caring for them and helping them to integrate and adapt in society ?
