أحكام الصلح و دوره في قضايا فك الرابطة الزوجية

Résumé: يعتبر الصلح الأسري إجراءا مهما في قضايا فك الرابطة الزوجية، إذ ألزم المشرع الجزائري قاضي شؤون الأسرة أن يتقيد به و يحرص على تطبيقه، نظرا لما يمكن أن يحققه من نتائج إيجابية في الحفاظ على الكيان الأسري من التفكك و الانهيار عن طريق إقناع الزوجين بالتراجع عن فكرة الطلاق التي تمثل ضريبة يدفع ثمنها الباهظ الأبناء وحدهم و هذا ما ينجم عنه نتائج وخيمة لابد من تداركها Abstract: Family reconciliation is considered an important procedure in cases of breaking the marital bond, as the Algerian legislator obligated the family affairs judge to adhere to it and strive to implement it, given the positive results that he can achieve in preserving the family entity from disintegration and collapse by persuading the spouses to back down from the idea of Divorce, which represents a tax, the high price of which is paid by the children alone, and this results in disastrous consequences that must be remedied.
