واقع عملية الانتقاء في كرة القدم عند المواهب الشبانية دراسة ميدانية لفئة عمرية (10-12) لبعض أندية ولاية عنابة

Résumé: الملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى تحسيس المدربين بضرورة وأهمية عملية الإنتقاء المبنية على أسس علمية, التعرف على مدى تجاوب وتطابق العمل الميداني مع الأسس العلمية من خلال الكيفية المستعملة في إنتقاء المواهب وكذلك معرفة خطوات ومراحل هذه العملية والغرض من الدراسة يكمن في توضيح وإبراز الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه عملية الإنتقاء, وإعطاء نظرة أمام المدرب من أجل أن ترتسم أمامه المعالم العامة في البناء الصحيح المستقبلي, حيث شملت الدراسة 20 مدربا يؤطرون أندية لكرة القدم بولاية عنابة,تم إختيارها عشوائيا ولتحقيق أهداف البحث فقد وجب علينا إتباع المنهج الوصفي بإعتباره الأنسب لموضوع الدراسة وقد إعتمدنا في بحثنا على أدتين مهمتين هما الإستبيان والمقابلة بإعتبارهما الأقرب والأنسب لتحقيق الغاية, أما أهم إستنتاج توصلنا إليه من خلال دراستنا هو أن هناك نقائص في عملية الإنتقاء لدى الشباب الجزائري على مستوى أغلبية الأندية, أما فيما يخص أهم تدخل في هذا اال وهو عبارة عن صرخة نداء إلى كل القائمين على الرياضة في الجزائر بدءا من الوصايا المركزية وصولا إلى المديريات المحلية حتى إلى المدربين وهي الأخد بعين الإعتبار عامل الجانب الإنساني للرياضيين من خلال إطلاق مشروع إجتماعي عام مبني على أسس وقواعد علمية يراعي محتواه إضافة إلى الجوانب البدنية والتقنية والمرفولوجية, الجوانب النفسية والإجتماعية والمعرفية للمواهب الشابة وبذلك إعطاء فرصة للجميع دون إقصاء أو تهميش. "الرياضة للجميع" Abstract: The reality of the process of selection in football at the youth talent A field study of the category (10-12 years) For some clubs, the state of Annaba: The study aims to sensitize the trainers necessity and importance of the process of selection based on scientific grounds , to identify the extent of the response and match the field work with the scientific foundations through how used in the selection of talent as well as knowledge of the steps and stages of this process and the purpose of the study is to clarify and highlight the active role played by the process of selection , giving a look in front of the coach in order to Show front of general parameters in the correct build the future , where the study included 20 coaches frames football clubs state of Annaba , were randomly selected to achieve the objectives of the research, we must follow the descriptive approach considered as a most appropriate to the subject of the study we have adopted in our research on to articles two important questionnaire and interview , both being the closest and most appropriate to achieve the end, the most important conclusion we reached through our study is that there are shortcomings in the process of selection among Algerian youth at the level of the majority of the clubs , but with regard to the most important intervention in this area is a cry appeal to all those who the sport in Algeria starting from wills central down to the district local even trained a rush out into consideration factor the human side of athletes with the launch of Social year based on the principles and rules of scientific take into account the content as well as aspects of the physical and technical, morphological , psychological and social aspects and the knowledge of young talent and so give the opportunity for all without exclusion or marginalization .
