الضغوط النفسية لوالدي الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد

Résumé: إن إضطراب التوحد بمظاهره وأعراضه يعد إحدى الإعاقات إنتشارا لدى الأطفال، فهؤلاء لديهم صفات وخصائص كالإنطواء، ضعف القدرة على التواصل، ضعف اللغة والتعبير وجود إضطراب حركي. وهذا الاضطراب قد يكون مصدرا كبيرا للضغوط النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية لدى الأسرة، حيث تتبدد أحلامها وتخيب توقعاتها، فتكون كالصدمة عليهم فوجود طفل توحدي داخل محيط الأسرة يؤثر حتما على قدرتها على مواجهة أعبائها، ويؤدي إلى إضطراب أحوالها ويضعف من قدرتها على القيام بالوظائف المنوطة بها، وقد تعجز إمكانيات الأسرة عن التصدي للمشكلات العديدة التي يسببها هذا الإضطراب لكافة أعضاء الأسرة، وهذا ماأشارت إليه دراسة غدي عمر عصفور 2012 "أن الضغوط النفسية التي يعاني منها والدي الطفل التوحدي ترتبط بالمستوى الإقتصادي ودخل الاسرة، وكذا المستوى التعليمي للوالدين يشكل ضغط نفسي خاصة الأم فهي تفتقر إلى مهارات التعامل مع إبنها وهذه كلها عوامل تؤثر في مستوى الضغوط النفسية للوالدين، وعليه تم هذا البحث من أجل التعرف على أهم الضغوط النفسية التي يعاني منها والدي طفل التوحد. Autism disorder, with its manifestations and symptoms, is one of the most common disabilities in children. This disorder may be a great source of psychological, social and economic stress in the family, as her dreams dissipate and disappoint her expectations, so they are like a trauma for them, as the presence of an autistic child within the family environment inevitably affects her ability to cope with her burdens, and leads to disorder of her conditions and weakens her ability to perform the functions assigned to her, and it may The family’s capabilities are unable to address the many problems that this disorder causes to all family members, and this is what Ghadi Omar Asfour’s 2012 study indicated. To the skills of dealing with her son, and these are all factors that affect the level of psychological stress of the parents, and therefore this research was carried out in order to identify the most important psychological pressures that the parents of an autistic child suffer from.
