دور آليات اجهزة الدعم للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على سوق العمل بالجنوب الغربي الجزائري دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لتنمية المقاولاتية ولاية ادرار(1998-2020)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس العلاقة بين آليات أجهزة الدعم للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على سوق العمل بالجنوب الغربي الجزائري حالة أدرار خلال الفترة (1998-2020)، وذلك بالاعتماد على منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الزمني الموزع (ARDL)، حيث ركزت الدراسة القياسية على علاقة سوق العمل ممثلا بعدد مناصب العمل المستحدثة باليات أجهزة الدعم ممثلة في كل من التمويل الثنائي والتمويل الثلاثي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي لكل من التمويل الثنائي والتمويل الثلاثي على سوق العمل في الجنوب الغربي الجزائري. Abstract: This study aimed to measure the relationship between the mechanisms of support devices for small and medium-sized enterprises and labor market in southwestern Algeria, the case of Adrar during the period (1998-2020). The study applied the Autoregressive Distributed lag model (ARDL). the empirical study focused on the relationship between labor market represented by the number of jobs created and the mechanisms of support devices represented in both bilateral funding and tripartite funding. This study concluded that there is a positive and significant impact of both bilateral funding and tripartite funding on the labor market in the southwest of Algeria.
