Résumé: This study aims to know the effect of organizational justice on satisfaction job through the dimensions (pay، supervision style ،working group، work content ، work nature) in the directorate of practical communication Algeria- ouargla Functional approach was used to study and adopted the questionnaire tool ، whis is designed to identify composed of 45 a paragraph to cover the study variables and 60 were distributed a questionnaire on the enterprise workers and recovered 54 identification ، data were analyzed by spss version 19 The results of the study were the level of organizational justice in the operation directorate for communication Algeria –ouargla- was the intermediate level ، there is a high level of job satisfaction for workers on the enterprise ، as well as having a strong correlation ، statistically significant between organizational justice and job satisfaction
