Résumé: The objective of this research is to learn the impact of employee empowerment and its relationship to improving work team performance, as well as the level of application of each in Ouargla electricity and Gas distribution organisation. To address the studys research question, which is "what is the impact of employee empowerment on improving work teams performance?" The descriptive approach was employed, and a questionnaire was provided. The studys finding are based on a random sample of (50) employees from the overall community population, and the data was analysed using the statistical application SPSS. The Electricity and Gas distribution directorate fosters a strong sense of empowerment. The impact is significant. There is a large and advantageous direct association between employee empowerment and work team performance in the institution under consideration.
