تدوير النفايات الالكترونية كالية لحماية البيئة

Résumé: تنص المادة 21 من الدستور الجزائري المعدل لسنة 2020: " تسهر الدولة على...ضمان بيئة سليمة من أجل حماية الأشخاص و تحقيق رفاههم... حماية البيئة بأبعادها البرية و البحرية و الجوية؛ و اتخاذ كل التدابير الملائمة لمعاقبة الملوثين" .إذن و لأن الدولة ملزمة بحماية البيئة من كل تلوث قد يحيط بها، فقد كان المشرع ملزماً بوضع آليات لحمايتها من كل أنواع التلوث خاصة مع التطور التكنولوجي والاستعمال المتزايد للمعدات الإلكترونية و الكهربائية التي أصبحت تهدّد البيئة و الإنسان بمجرد انتهاء مدتها أو صلاحيتها، و لربما أن عملية التدوير للنفايات الإلكترونية أحدث وسيلة لحماية البيئة. Article 21 of the amended Algerian constitution for the year 2020 states: “The state shall ensure... a sound environment in order to protect people and achieve their well-being... protect the environment in its land, sea and air dimensions, and take all appropriate measures to punish polluters.” Because the state is obligated to protect the environment from every pollution that may surround it, the legislator was obligated to put in place mechanisms to protect it from all kinds of pollution, especially with the technological development and the increasing use of electronic and electrical equipment that threatens the environment and the human being once its term or validity expires is the latest way to protect the environment.
