التنويع الاقتصادي في الدول النامية بين الواقع والتحديات – قراءة تحليلية في تجربة الدول العربية المصدرة للنفط

Résumé: تهدف سعت هذه الورقة البحثة إلى الوقوف على واقع وتحديات التنويع الاقتصادي في الدول العربية المصدرة للنفط، لذا تم الوقوف واقع التنويع الاقتصادي في هذه الدول بنوع من التحليل لمؤشرات التنويع الاقتصادي التي تم حسابها بناءا على المعطيات المتوفرة بعد أن تم تقسيم الدول العربية إلى فئتين، الأولى دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية والثانية هي الدول العربية الأخرى المصدرة للنفط، وقد توصلت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أن الفئة الأولى وضعت أقدامها على الطريق الصحيح للتنويع الاقتصادي الأمر الذي يعكسه تحسن مؤشر التركز، لكن يجب عليها مضاعفة جهودها ورفع التحديات التي تواجهها لتحقيق نتائج أفضل في هذا المجال، في حين أظهرت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن الدول العربية الأخرى مازالت تعاني من التبعية لقطاع النفط حيث أن الصناعات الاستخراجية تشكل نسبة كبيرة من ناتجها المحلي الإجمالي كما أن مؤشر التركز لديها مرتفع، لذا ينبغي عليها مراجعة سياساتها بخصوص تنويع اقتصادها. - This research paper sought to identify the reality and challenges of economic diversification in the Arab oil-exporting countries, so the reality of economic diversification in these countries was identified by a kind of analysis of the indicators of economic diversification that were calculated based on the available data after the Arab countries were divided into two categories, the first is the GCC countries and the second is the other Arab oil-exporting countries, and this research paper concluded that the first category has set its feet on the right path to economic diversification, which is reflected by the improved concentration index, but it must redouble its efforts and raise the challenges it faces to achieve better results in this field, whileThe results obtained showed that other Arab countriesare still suffering from dependence on the oil sector, as the extractive industries constitute a large percentage of their GDP and their concentration index is high, so they should review their policies regarding the diversification of their economy. sustainability.
