Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث التصفيق في الخطاب السياسي باعتباره استجابة يقوم بها الجمهور، وذلك من خلال دراسته لتصفيق الجمهور في خطاب التنصيب للرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون. وسعى إلى تبيين الدور الذي لعبه التصفيق في تحديد وجهة الخطاب التدليلية والتأثيرية، وتبيين قبل ذلك نوعه وزمنه ومواضعه وكثافته وأسبابه ودوافعه. وقد استند في تحليله على "بلاغة الجمهور" التي تعدّ من المقاربات المعاصرة في دراسة استجابات الجمهور This research deals with applause in political discourse as a response by the public, through its study of the audience's applause in the inaugural speech of Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. He sought to explain the role that applause played in determining the direction of the denotative and influential speech, and before that, its type, time, placement, intensity, causes and motives. He based his analysis on " Rhetoric of audience", which is one of the contemporary approaches in studying audience responses.
