الأبعاد التداولية في الخطاب السياسي الجزائري: خطاب الرئيس عبد المجيد تبون في اشغال الدورة الحادية والثلاثين للجامعة العربية.

Résumé: نظرا لأهمية موضوع خطاب الرئيس في القمة العربية، وما رافقها من سياق تعددت فيه التوترات والاكراهات السياسية الخارجية ،وكثرت فيه الانتقادات التي وجهت لدور الجامعة العربية الذّي تحول من فاعل يؤثر فيما يجري في العالم من أحداث دولية ومخططات استراتيجية ولاسيما الجهوية منها، إلى مفعول به يتأثر بها سلبا ولا يؤثّر ،إضافة إلى الإرادة السياسية التي تتبنى مقارنة الجزائر الجديدة وما يصدر عنها من مواقف وقرارات تهدف إلى إصلاح وتقويم مسار الهيئات الدولية التي تنتمي إليها ولا سيما الجامعة العربية .انطلاقا مما سلف ذكره يسعى هذا المقال إلى تحليل نص خطاب رئيس الجمهورية عبد المجيد تبون خلال انعقاد الجامعة العربية تزامنا مع إحياء الذكرى الخالدة للثورة التحريرية المباركة ،وما تحمله من دلالات رمزية في أبعادها الوطنية والدولية وفق المقاربة التداولية لاستقراء الأبعاد التي تتضمنها. Abstract: The importance of the algerian president's speech at the Arab summit came in the context of regional tensions and foreign political constraints were multiplied, and criticisms of the role of the Arab League abounded- which transformed from an actor in the world of international events and strategic plans, into an influencer with negatively affected. In addition , there is a new political climate adopts the comparison of the new Algeria with a new positions and decisions aimed to reform and correct the course of the international leagues to which it belongs, especially the Arab League. Based on that, our article aims to analyze the speech of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdel-Majid Tebboune, during the recent Arab League summit, which coincided with the commemoration of the liberation revolution, and the symbolic connotations it carries in its national and international dimensions, according to the pragmatic approach to detect the dimensions included.
