الحفاظ على التراث الثقافي ودوره في تفعيل السياحة الثقافية Preserving Cultural Heritage And Its Role In Activating Cultural Tourism

Résumé: تزخر الجزائر بتراث ثقافي يمتد في عمق التاريخ ، ويستحضر كل ما من شانه ان يؤثر في تكوين الهوية والذاتية الثقافية، كما ينضوي على جميع أشكال الابداع الثقافي المادي و غير المادي . فالحفاظ على التراث الثقافي أصبح ضرورة حتمية في ظل التحديات التي تفرضها العولمة من جهة والزحف العشوائي على المعالم التاريخية دون هدنة أو هوادة ، ودون رقيب أو حسيب من جهة اخرى ، في الوقت نفسه نجد الدول المتقدمة قد قطعت اشواطا كبيرة في حمايته و صونه لنقله للأجيال القادمة في أحسن صورة ، ولما له من دور كبير في تحقيق الانتعاش الاقتصادي والاجتماعي و البيئي. والهدف من هده الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على واقع التراث الثقافي في الجزائر ،و تعداد السبل والوسائل الناجعة لتثمينه وحمايته من التلاشي والاضمحلال وذلك بانتهاج سياسة قائمة على إحياء قطاع السياحة وتطويره. Abstract Algeria is rich in cultural heritage with its dimensions and effects in the formation of cultural subjectivity, and what it includes of all forms of material and intangible cultural expression..Preserving this heritage has become an inevitable necessity in light of the challenges of globalization and the creeps of progress on historical monuments without a truce or relentlessness and without supervision or accountability, contrary to what the developed countries seek to preserve and pass it on to future generations in the best way , And because of its great role in achieving economic, social and environmental recovery . The aim of this research paper is to shed light on the reality of cultural heritage in Algeria and what are the effective methods and means to value it and protect it from fading and decay by adopting a policy based on the revival and development of the tourism sector Keywords.. cultural heritage, tourism, sustainable development, preservation, valorization .
