الحماية الدولية للتراث الثقافي دعامة اساسية لترقية السياحة الثقافية.

Résumé: ترمي هذه الدراسة إلى وضع مقاربة قانونية للعلاقة التكاملية التي تربط السياحة الثقافية بحماية التراث الثقافي، والدور الفعال لهذا الأخير في تعزيز وتطوير السياحة الثقافية، باعتباره الدعامة الأساسية لها، ما يفرض على المجتمع الدولي التدخل للحفاظ عليه وتثمينه. ويتضح جلياً دور المجتمع الدولي في الحفاظ على هذه الكنوز ثقافية، من خلال المساعي الدولية التي تبذلها المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية، إضافة إلى كيانات إقليمية أوروبية وأمريكية وإفريقية، ومساهمتها في تعزيز مكانة السياحة الثقافية. This study aims to develop a legal approach to the complementary relationship between cultural tourism and the protection of cultural heritage, and the latter's active role in promoting and developing cultural tourism, as its mainstay, forcing the international community to intervene to preserve and value it. T he role of the international community in preserving these cultural treasures is evident, through the international endeavours of governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as european, American and African regional entities, and their contribution to enhancing the status of cultural tourism.
