واقع التنمية الزراعية المستدامة في الجزائر ودورها في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز العلاقة بين التنمية الزراعية المستدامة وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذا البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال وصف مقومات التنمية الزراعية المستدامة والعوامل المؤثرة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، ثم دراسة وتحليل البيانات والإحصاءات الصادرة عن الهيئات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية. توصل هذا البحث إلى أن للتنمية الزراعية المستدامة دورا أساسيا في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي من خلال سعيها إلى تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية واستدامة بيئية بالإضافة إلى توفير الموارد المالية والتشريعات القانونية المحفزة على ذلك. This research aims to highlight the relationship between sustainable agricultural development and achieving food security in Algeria. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon by describing the elements of sustainable agricultural development and the factors influencing the achievement of food security, then studying and analyzing statistics issued by national, regional and international organizations. This research concluded that sustainable agricultural development has a fundamental role in achieving food security through its endeavor to achieve economic and social development and environmental sustainability, than to providing financial resources and stimulating legal legislation for that.
