تطبيق المعايير الأرغنومية في الصناعات التركيبية وأثرها على أداء العاملين

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على مختلف المعايير والتوصيات الأرغنومية الموصى بتطبيقها بوظائف التركيب اليدوي للمنتوج، كما يتطرق إلى مفهوم التركيب اليدوي للمنتوج ومراحله وخطواته، يتم التركيب اليدوي في الغالب عبر ما يسمى بخطوط الإنتاج وهي عبارة عن مجموعة محطات عمل متسلسلة ومتتالية يتدفق الإنتاج من خلالها، وفي كل محطة عمل يقوم العامل بعمليات قصيرة ومحدودة ولكنها متكررة، فالمعايير الأرغنومية هنا تتضح من خلال تصميم محطة العمل، الأدوات، الحاويات، المعدات، كذلك تهتم الأرغنوميا بتصميم المهام والعمليات المتكررة في هذا النوع من الوظائف، تصميم المنتوج هو أهم ما تهتم به الأرغنوميا في هذا النوع من الوظائف، فتصميم المنتوج وأجزاء المنتوج يلعب دوراً مهماً في تسهيل عملية التركيب اليدوي، حيث يذكر الباحث بعض هذه التقنيات لتقييم تصميم المنتوج من أجل سهولة التركيب اليدوي، وكذلك يذكر أهم خصائص أجزاء المنتوج التي يتم من خلالها تقييم تصميم المنتوج من أجل سهولة التركيب اليدوي، وفي الأخير يتطرق الباحث إلى أهمية تطبيق المعايير الأرغنوميا في هذا النوع من الوظائف ودورها في رفع الطاقة الإنتاجية للعامل من خلال خفض مدة الإنتاج والحد أو التقليل من إرتكاب الخطأ البشري. Abstract: This Article focuses on the applying of the Ergonomic Criteria and Recommendations in the field of Manual Assembly Functions of the products, and addresses the concept of the manual assembly of the product and its stages and steps, and explain the different applied Ergonomic criteria in this field, the manual assembly operations are done through the so-called “Production Lines” which are a set of sequential workstations, in each workstation the worker does limited and short frequent operations, the Ergonomic Criteria illustrated by the Design of workstation, instruments, containers, equipment, and Design repetitive tasks, also Design the product and product parts, design product and parts is very important to ease manual assembly, therefor the Ergonomists create many Techniques to evaluate design the product and parts of product to facilitate manual assembly tasks, finally this research addresses the important of applying Ergonomic criteria and recommendations in this sort of functions and its role in raising production capacity of the workers and reducing Human Error and product time.
